"Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step."
-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Don't be afraid to dream big. Never think something is to big to have. The Lord said he want us to have an abundant life. As long as I have been attending church, I never heard my pastor say it's a limit on what you can have, or what you can wish for. Nor have I heard that from any other sources Despite of what people tell you, I really believe it's enough of everything to go around for everyone. They may tell you that because of what is known as greed.
There are three steps that we must take in this process;
Step one: Ask. God said, Ask and it shall be given. We have to let it be known what we want, and do we really want it. Take the time and sit down and write it down. Write it in the present tense and explain how you want your life to be in every area.
Step two: Believe. Believe that's it's already yours. Believe in the unseen; have faith. We stop ourselves from seeing what we want to have because we can't see how it will be manifested. Many people have become successful, but a lot of them didn't know exactly how it was gong to come. They just knew they was going to do it. You really don't need to know how it's going to come about. As long as you believe and have faith, you will attract it. When we don't see the things we ask for, we get disappointed and frustrated, and become doubtful. Doubt brings about a feeling of disappointment. Recognize that feeling and replace it with unwavering faith.
Step three: Receive. Feel wonderful about it and feel the way you will once it arrives. In the process, it's important to feel good and be happy. See it, feel it. If you just think and wish on something and don't have faith that you will have it, you're missing the whole point.
Many of us want change and want a better life but, we're afraid to step out on faith, and get out of our comfort zone. That my friends is a must. Just remember, THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS, but we must have faith, get out of that comfort zone, and go the extra miles.
